Log entries, track defects, share field reports. From your pocket, in under 10 seconds.
Named lists. Sequential numbering. Trade assignment. Status workflow. Before-and-after photos. Rejection notes. Due dates. Everything you need to get to zero open items.
Share a punch list via magic link. The trade opens it in any browser — no app, no account. They mark items done, attach photos, leave notes. Pull their updates straight back into Looom. No more status emails.
Walk Mode keeps the camera open. Snap, annotate, save — then straight back to the camera. Entries land in the right project area automatically. Track time on-site with a live timer and Dynamic Island support.
Works offline. No account needed.
All data lives on your device. Basements, elevator shafts, remote sites — Looom keeps working.
Same tool, different vocabulary. Looom adapts to how your industry actually works.
Walk the job, snap defects, assign punch items to trades. Daily logs build themselves from your entries. Share field reports with the GC office before you leave the site.
Walk your building, log maintenance issues as you find them. Track work orders from report to resolution. Photo evidence for every repair — no clipboard required.
Photograph damage room by room. Log scope items tied to the loss file. Build a documented record that stands up to the adjuster — with timestamps, GPS, and photo evidence for every line item.
The tools you're replacing aren't other apps. They're email threads, spreadsheets, and the photos buried in your camera roll.

Yes. All data lives on your device. Capture photos, manage punch lists, run site visits, record voice memos — no connectivity needed. Sharing reports requires a connection, but everything else works offline.
Two layers. On-device heuristics always run — trade inference, entry classification, media counts. No API key needed, nothing leaves your device. Optional AI summaries use Claude to write natural-language descriptions from your photo and voice transcripts, and auto-generate titles for entries you left unnamed. Enable that layer with your own Anthropic API key in Settings.
All data stays on your device by default. The optional AI summary feature sends your photo and entry metadata to Claude's API — only when you've added your own API key. When sharing reports, GPS and EXIF are stripped automatically. Links can be revoked or set to expire.
Generate an HTML report and share via iOS share sheet, or upload as a hosted link with 7/30/90-day expiration. Recipients don't need the app.
